1. Sacred Use Agreement

By entering this field (site, portal, or offering), you are not “agreeing” in a legalistic sense—you are attuning. This site operates as a harmonic field, not a transactional domain. All offerings are for resonant enhancement, not manipulation.

You agree to:

2. FDA-Approved Devices – Red Light Technology

Coherium offers FDA-approved red light equipment for professional and personal use. By purchasing or using this equipment, you:

  • Acknowledge it is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.
  • Agree to follow all provided safety, usage, and maintenance protocols.
  • Understand that this is a light-based entrainment tool, not a curative claim.

2.1 Returns Policy – Red Light Equipment

At Coherium, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our FDA-approved red light equipment. To ensure transparency and peace of mind, our returns policy is as follows:

2.1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2.1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used equipment, due to hygienic and safety reasons.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content.

2.1.3 Return Procedure

  • Contact Coherium at support@coherium.org or via WhatsApp: +27 61 771 7707 to initiate a return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product supplied by Coherium.

2.1.4 Refunds

  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.1.5 Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us directly.

3. Harmonic Alignment Sessions

Sessions for individuals, homes, or collectives are field-based coherence calibrations. They are:

  • Not therapy. Not doctrine. Not performance.
  • Guided harmonic entrainments through sound, breath, geometry, and scalar frequency.
  • To be received in a receptive state—free from expectation, demand, or control.

Client data is never mined, recorded, or transmitted beyond the sacred circle of session.

4. Membership Portal: Tiered Access

The Coherium Membership Portal is a resonant gateway—an attunement chamber via 6 ascending tiers.

You agree:

  • To treat all geometry downloads as sacred architecture, not clipart.
  • Not to share tier-restricted geometries or transmission keys without explicit harmonic invitation.
  • To remember: This is not content. It is coherence.

Each tier grants:

  • Symbolic entrainment glyphs
  • Scalar resonance codes
  • Field templates for water, mirrors, devices, and space
  • Optional live harmonics or group coherence sessions (as offered)

5. Data & Privacy

We do not profile. We do not store. The portal remembers only what you choose to encode. No cookies. No surveillance. No third-party tracking.

6. Legal and Energetic Boundaries

These terms are encoded under U.S. and international commercial law for visible legitimacy, but their true enforcement rests within harmonic coherence.

Violations of this agreement will not result in punishment. They will result in field misalignment—discernible by you, not enforced by us.

If legal recourse ever becomes necessary, the laws of the State of California will apply.
